Once you hop into Roblox Sailor Piece and access the portal, you’ll be able to travel to any of the 16 islands, except Soul Dominion (previously known as Soul Society). This area is locked and can only be entered after finishing the Hogyoku quest.
For those unfamiliar, the Hogyoku quest requires you to collect six Hogyoku fragments scattered across different locations in the in-game world. For a full step-by-step breakdown of how to complete the Hogyoku quest and find every fragment, read this guide to the end.

How to Unlock Soul Dominion in Sailor Piece
To unlock Soul Dominion in Sailor Piece, you must do the Hogyoku Quest, which is given by the quest NPC on Hollow Island. Before attempting this quest, however, keep in mind that the only requirement is to reach at least level 8,500. If you haven’t hit that level yet, it’s recommended to use damage-focused builds for consistent EXP farming. This includes equipping clans and races like Upper and Warlord/Galevorn for melee users, and Frostbane plus Swordblessed/Sunborn for sword users.
You’ll also need decent survivability against enemies so you can gain experience points easily. Just use Guardian runes (39% max health). After that, make sure to visit the following islands and beat normal mobs up to your level:
- Thief (Lv. 10) on Starter Island
- Monkey (Lv. 250) on Jungle Island
- Desert Bandit (Lv. 750) on Desert Island
- Frost Rouge (Lv. 1,500) on Snow Island
- Hollow (Lv. 5,500) on Hollow Island
- Curse (Lv. 7,000) on Shinjuku Island
Take on the combat quests from the fighter NPCs on each island before killing any mobs. This way, you’ll earn more XP along with extra drops like money, chests, and more, rather than just regular experience.
How to Complete Hogyoku Quest in Sailor Piece
Once you hit Level 8,500, follow these steps to finish the Hogyoku quest in Sailor Piece:
- Use the teleporter and travel to Hollow Island.
- Talk to the Hogyoku quest NPC (he’s located on the northwest side of the map. Just go behind the monument near the Manipulator boss spawn area and turn left).
- You’ll then be tasked with finding six Hogyoku fragments hidden in the world.
- Find and collect all of them (we’ve covered the location of each one below).
- Once you gather all six, the Hogyoku quest will be completed, and you’ll be able to enter Soul Dominion via the portal.
If it doesn’t work, simply visit the Hogyoku quest NPC one more time, and you’ll be good to go.

All Hogyoku Fragment Locations
Hogyoku Fragment 1
To find the first Hogyoku Fragment, go to Snow Island and head to the north side of the map where the island ends. Then check the fourth tree near the small red mushroom. The fragment (purple glowing orb) is attached to its trunk.
Hogyoku Fragment 2
The second Hogyoku Fragment can be found on the side of a green billboard attached to a large building near the Cursed Vessel boss on Shibuya Station.
Hogyoku Fragment 3
The third Hogyoku Fragment is located on the wooden pipe-like stand to the left of the Manipulator boss spawn area on Hollow Island.
Hogyoku Fragment 4
The fourth Hogyoku Fragment is on the fourth floor of the abandoned building on Shinjuku Island. Look for the large concrete box attached to the building and check behind the window. You’ll know you’re in the right spot if you can see the Strongest In History Sword seller NPC on top of the other building.
Hogyoku Fragment 5
The fifth Hogyoku Fragment is on the second to last tree behind the Slime Warrior (Lv. 8,000) mob army on Slime Island. This tree is thick, and the orb is placed on the first branch.
Hogyoku Fragment 6
The sixth and final Hogyoku Fragment is hidden behind the first building to the left of the portal on Judgement Island. Look for the large white tree growing on its side.
