Things are picking up pace in Elbaf, and Eiichiro Oda has already set up two major fights. In One Piece Chapter 1147, fans saw Nico Robin and Scopper Gaban getting ready to fight the Holy Knights.

Robin is getting ready to fight against Shepherd Sommers, while Gaban will handle Gunko. While Gaban and Robin will be in focus for the next chapter or two, Eiichiro Oda has likely set up a massive Sanji moment.

The Straw Hats Are In Danger Yet Again

In one of the recent chapters, Gunko was seen attacking the ship of the Collun Pirates. She tracked down the ship with the help of her Devil Fruit ability and cornered the Collun Pirates. As part of her mission, Gunko had to capture Collun, but the Straw Hats were in her way. Nami used Zeus’ strength to attack Gunko, but the latter diverted the attack back towards the heroes.

Usopp also used an explosive shot to blow up Gunko. However, Gunko recovered from the damage because of her immortality. After she regenerated, it became quite obvious that the Straw Hats stood no chance of beating her, especially with their main fighters missing.

Following her victory, Gunko rounded up the crew and Collun. She rendezvoused with Sommers, after which the transmission began. Sommers told the Giants that the World Government wanted to use them as slaves. Since the organization couldn’t declare an all-out war against Elbaf, it sent the Holy Knights to carry out a covert mission. The Holy Knights planned to kidnap the children and use them as hostages to coerce the giants into accepting their demands.

As previously stated, Robin and Gaban are going to try and fight the Holy Knights, but it’s going to be an uphill challenge. In fact, chances are that Holy Knights will put both of them through the wringer. So, they will need more help to get the job done and rescue the Straw Hats. There is one character who excels in these perilous situations.

Sanji Will Get His Moment In Elbaf

Out of the three members of the Monster Trio, Sanji has made it a habit of rescuing the Straw Hat Pirates whenever they are in trouble. He saved the crew when they were captured by Crocodile in Alabasta. In Enies Lobby, he opened the Gates of Justice, which made their escape possible. Without his quick thinking, the crew would have been toast. He saved the crew from Doflamingo, who would have killed all of them. If Sanji had not intervened, the fate of the Straw Hats would have been rather different.

Sanji also came in clutch when Luffy was trapped in Arlong Park. Sanji made sure that his captain was free, and he accomplished it while fighting a Fish-Man underwater. The situation in Elbaf is stressful, as there is no telling what the Holy Knights will do to their prisoners. Sommers has stated that he has no desire to anger Luffy, but fans know better than to trust the words of a villain.

Sanji may not fight the Holy Knights, but he can surely slip past them without raising an alarm. Once he successfully rescues his crew, the Holy Knights will lose a big bargaining chip, and Luffy won’t have to worry about their safety. Of course, it is all conjecture, but Oda has done something similar in the past, so it would be unwise to rule out the possibility.

Luffy And Loki Need To Get Going

Aside from Sanji, Luffy and Loki also need to leave the Underworld and go to the Sun World. Both of them are ridiculously strong, and they have the power to beat the Holy Knights. However, the biggest challenge will be convincing Loki to join hands with the Straw Hats and save Elbaf from destruction.
