Nerona Imu is the final villain of One Piece who stands as one of the first 20 Kings and the current King of the entire World, as well as the creator of the World Government. In the Elbaph arc, Oda finally unleashed the true power of Saint Nerona Imu, and it is clear to see that he possesses powers far beyond the level of the strongest characters in the world. While Imu has yet to show the true terror of their powers, he has not been sitting idly. Over the years, by pulling strings from the shadows, Imu has already killed quite a few individuals already, and during the Great War that was fought during the Void Century, he was the one who came out on top, eliminating all competition in the process.

Imu’s Domi Reversi is hands down the most broken ability in One Piece. Here’s a look at everyone who’s fallen victim to it so far.
Joy Boy
Perhaps the biggest enemy that Imu has ever faced is the first pirate to ever exist, Joy Boy. Joy Boy came from the Ancient Kingdom, which was a bountiful kingdom that existed long ago in the One Piece world. At some point, 20 nations banded together to rival Joy Boy and his force of allies, and this also included Imu. Given that Imu and Joy Boy have a rivalry, it goes without saying that they went on to fight during the Void Century. At the end of it all, Joy Boy is confirmed to have died, around 800 years ago, and with his death, the Void Century came to an end as well.
Imu ended up on the winning side and established the World Government, standing at the top as the true ruler of the entire world. Quite clearly, Joy Boy is one of the most significant people that Imu has defeated throughout his life.
Davy Jones
Davy Jones was first introduced in One Piece during the Long Ring Long Island arc, but his true significance was only revealed in the Elbaph arc, where Oda name-dropped him during the God Valley Incident. Davy Jones was a pirate who existed in the Void Century alongside Joy Boy. It is said that he was the true ruler of the world before even Imu Nerona, and just as is the case with Joy Boy, the current sovereign truly feared him.
Davy Jones was likely on the same level as the likes of Joy Boy and Imu. However, he too ended up losing. That said, his will still lives on, and that is why his bloodline continues to haunt Imu to this day. Davy D. Jones continues to hold a massive influence in the story.
Saint Saturn
Saint Saturn was one of the Five Elders and certainly an incredibly powerful individual who served right under Imu up until recently. In the Egghead Arc, Saturn served as one of the main antagonists who stood in the path of Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates. Due to his failure to stop the Sun God Nika, Saturn was punished gravely by Imu.
As has been established in the series already, Saturn shares an Abyssal Covenant with Imu. This power grants him a Yokai ability, as well as gives him access to infinite regeneration and immortality. However, it also makes him a vessel for Imu to control whenever he wants. At the same time, Imu can strip away this power from Saturn at any time, and that is precisely what happened at the end of the Egghead Arc. Imu was furious with Saturn and decided to rip all the powers from him, leaving behind nothing but skull and bones, and killing him in the process.
Nefertari Cobra
Nefertari Cobra came face to face with Saint Imu Nerona during the recent Reverie and asked questions about the Poneglyphs, among many other things, such as the whereabouts of Lily. Naturally, the moment he brought up these questions, he sealed his own fate. The fact that he saw the face of the ruler of the world, Saint Imu Nerona, meant that he was never going to leave alive.
Even though Cobra tried his best to escape the throne room, and despite Sabo coming in to help him, he ended up dying. In the end, Cobra sacrificed his life to enable Sabo’s escape and deliver a message to Luffy and Vivi. Cobra might not be the strongest killed by Imu, but he is certainly among the most significant ones, especially in the grand scheme of things in the Final Saga.

Nefertari Lily
Nefertari Lily was once the Queen of the Arabasta Kingdom and stood tall as its ruler. She was also one of the first 20 Monarchs who created the World Government. However, she had a rather complicated relationship with the likes of the Ancient Kingdom as well.
It is Lily who ended up spreading the Poneglyphs all over the world, and her final message to Arabasta asked them to raise the flag of dawn against a sinking world, which clearly implies that she was actually against Imu and the other Kings who had banded together to fight against the Ancient Kingdom. When the Founding 20 swore a vow of equality in front of the Empty Throne, Lily was likely present as well, but she never made it back to Arabasta for some mysterious reasons. Clearly, Imu was responsible for her death. Immediately after, her brother assumed the role of the ruler of the Kingdom of Arabasta. It is her brother whom Vivi descends from.

Rocks D. Xebec
Rocks D. Xebec was a very prominent pirate in the world of One Piece 56 years ago, and he established his own era with the goal of becoming the King of the World. He created a very powerful crew, called the Rocks Pirates, and even challenged Imu head-on, showing him the immense might that he possessed. However, at the end of the day, he fell to Imu in battle because he was not fully prepared to take him down.
Due to God Valley, his hometown, coming under direct fire from Saint Imu Nerona, Rocks had to rush to save his family and face the King of the World prematurely. He wasn’t ready, and, as such, faced a crushing defeat at his hands and was Domi Reversi’d. In the end, Roger and Garp combined their power to face him in battle and ended up crushing him completely. The final blow to Rocks was delivered by Garling Figarland, but it was Imu who truly killed him.

Shuri’s Father
Over fifty years ago in the world of One Piece, Imu and the Holy Knights attacked a place in the South Blue where Princess Shuri comes from. This kingdom was once prosperous and was led by a certain King who was loved deeply by Brook, the Musician of the Straw Hat Pirates. Brook served as the leader of the battle convoy of this Kingdom, and he raised Princess Shuri by himself. However, it has been clearly stated in the story that it was Shuri who ended up killing the King.
Shuri was under the control of Imu Nerona, which means that Imu was the one who orchestrated the destruction of this Kingdom and the kidnapping of the princess himself.
Seki
Seki is the former King of the Lulusia Kingdom, who was deposed by his own people and put in prison. When he was locked away, Imu decided to wipe out the country from existence and struck it with the Ancient Weapon Uranus.
Immediately after, the entire Kingdom was destroyed, and Seki died in the process. While a powerful King at one point, he was reduced to dust and completely erased from history, all thanks to Imu.
Princess Komane
Seki’s daughter, Princess Komane, was also deposed by the people of Lulusia in a massive uprising. Just like her father, she was imprisoned in the country when Saint Imu Nerona unleashed the power of the Ancient Weapon Uranus and reduced the country to bits.
Just like the vast majority of the citizens of Lulusia Kingdom, Komane also ended up dying despite being royalty allied with the World Government.
