Yuji possesses the Shrine cursed technique which belonged to Ryomen Sukuna. The reason why it is considered a new cursed technique is that Yuji’s Shrine is quite different from that of Sukuna. According to Sukuna himself, the personality of a person and the generational gap between the time when he awakened the Shrine and when Yuji awakened it, led to the technique evolving in a different way and presenting itself in a varied manner.
Yuji’s version of Shrine is far more precise than that of Sukuna. Instead of slaughtering enemies with a flurry of unguided slashes, Yuji can mark his targets with scissor-like cuts and then slash them with attacks such as Dismantle. Yuji’s Shrine is quite powerful. If Sukuna’s Shrine could rival Gojo, then, most certainly, Yuji’s Shrine can do that as well.
Maru’s Chaos And Order

Maru is a new character introduced in JJK Modulo and one of the powerful Rumelians from Simuria. He wields cursed energy at a very high level, and when fully awakened, he is quite easily Special Grade. Maru’s cursed technique is incredibly overpowered as it allows him to manipulate the laws of order of nature itself.
Maru can do things such as manipulate the states of matter in the blink of an eye, and even distort space, along with things such as defying gravity or manipulating it according to his will. The full extent of his cursed technique remains unknown, but just based on the definition itself, it is quite clear that this is a cursed technique that can rival the Limitless.
Cross’s Cursed Technique

Cross is Maru’s younger brother and quite easily a very powerful individual as well. Given that he is from the Rumelian race as well, he possesses a very strong cursed technique, especially after the opening of his third eye. Cross’s cursed technique has, unfortunately, not been revealed in this series so far. But, his power is said to be relative to that of Maru, which means that whatever his technique is, it is on the same level as that of Maru, and thus pushes him to the level of a Special Grade.

Cross’s cursed technique would most certainly be comparable to the manipulation of laws of nature and order, meaning it would allow him to rival Gojo in battle, at least as far as cursed technique manipulation goes. Of course, overall, Cross would be nowhere near Gojo, since he was easily taken out by a couple of bullets.
Yuka Okkotsu’s Ten Shadows Technique

Yuka Okkotsu is a member of the Gojo clan and the descendant of Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin. Due to the Zenin blood, she gained access to the Ten Shadows technique. Yuka can access different Shikigami and even summon their powers without even summoning the full Shikigami, just like Sukuna. This suggests that Yuka is a very high-level user of the Ten Shadows.

Quite easily the most exciting cursed technique that JJK Modulo has revealed to the fans right now is Dabura Karaba’s Murderous Intent and light. Dabura’s cursed technique allows him to bring to life the concept of murderous intent.
By speaking a word that humans cannot even understand, Dabura can give mass to murderous intent and manipulate light with it. By giving this murderous intent to light, he can freely manipulate it as he wills and do things that are seemingly impossible for others. Dabura’s murderous intent can most likely be applied to other things as well, and this ability makes him a rival to the likes of Gojo and Sukuna, and maybe potentially even surpass them.
