Crimson Desert houses a multitude of dogs, and none are as elegant and stubborn as Jindo, which looks extremely similair to the classic Shibu Inu, the internet’s favorite dog breed (other than golden retrievers). If you’re looking for Jindo, we’ve got their locations here.

Jindo Location in Crimson Desert
- Jindo can be found in Hernand Town, which is just south of the “D” in “Hernand” on the map.
- There are three variants of Jindo: White Jindo, Black Jindo, and Brown Jindo.
- Each of these coats has a random chance to spawn either by the large tree in Hernand Town or at the Tannery and Stables just outside of Hernand Town.
- If you can’t find Jindo or the specific coat you want, then respawn the area by using fast travel at the Abyss Nexus, and after a few attempts, you should get one of the Jindo coats mentioned above.
Jindo Favorite Food & How to Tame in Crimson Desert
- Jindo’s favorite food is Sweet Potatoes, which grants +35 Trust.
- You can purchase Sweet Potatoes from the Gorcer Shop in Hernand Town, and across other towns/cities.
- If you are short on Sweet Potatoes, feel free to use Small Bones and Large Bones instead, which grant +25 Trust.
- You can feed these items to Jindo simply by dropping them from your inventory in front of the dog, and after it eats them, the trust meter will go up.
- Once Trust reaches +100, you can press Square/X to “Take In” the dog and adopt it as a pet.
If you come across a Jundo named “White Dog”, then that specific variant prefers Tender Meat, which can be purchased from the Butcher in Hernand Town.
