How To Play Fortune Flip in Monopoly GO

To play Fortune Flip, you first need to earn Carnival Credits, the main currency for all Carnival Games. You can get these by participating in other ongoing events, such as solo events and tournaments, shop rewards and Quick Wins in Monopoly GO.

Once you have enough credits, you can spend them to enter a full game of Fortune Flip, which consists of a set number of rounds. At the beginning of each round, you’ll be shown a set of cards and what effect each one has. These effects can include:

Adding tickets to the crystal ball.
Subtracting tickers from your current ticket total.
Multiplying your tickets by x2
Special Effects like eliminating all bad cards, revealing a card, or flipping multiple cards.

After a brief moment, the cards will flip face down, hiding their effects. You then choose one card to flip. The effect of that card will be applied to your current Carnival Ticket token. You’ll continue through a series of rounds, adding or losing tickets with each flip.

You can see how many rounds are left in the current Fortune Flip game under the “Turns” bar.

You won’t receive your accumulated Carnival Tickets until you’ve completed all the rounds in that specific Fortune Flip game. Once the game is over, your final ticket count will be added to your overall tickets (displayed at the top right). You can then use these tickets to make purchases in the Carnival Shop.

Special Cards and Rounds

Special Cards appear randomly during a game of Fortune Flip. Interesting, all the cards in a Special Round remain face-up, meaning you can see exactly what each card does before you make your choice.

For instance, you can get the option to choose from two special cards: Reveal a Card or Pick Two Cards. It’s up to you to make a fully informed decision depending on your current needs.

There are occasional Golden Cards that also appear randomly. If you flip a Golden Card, it will give you a huge boost to your current ticket total, like adding 150 tickets in one go. These cards work the same way as regular cards, i.e., they’ll be placed face-down on the table.

Even if you hit a few bad cards, keep playing through the rounds, as a good flip in a later round (especially a Golden Card or during a Special Round) can turn your luck around.
