As the title suggests, I used EA Sports FC 26 to simulate the 2026 World Cup and got some crazy results. In this simulation, I didn’t touch any formation or change any players. I kept everything as EA Sports FC 26 provided it in its World Cup update. The only time I changed players was when they got red cards or were injured. Here’s what happened in this 2026 World Cup simulation using EA Sports FC 26.
Naruto: 8 Characters Who Can Fight Two Hokage And Win
Some Naruto characters have the strength to face and defeat two Hokage at once.
Group Stage Simulation
In the Group Stage, I’ll go over the notable team mentions and how they performed during each game.
Group Stage First Game Results
The first set of games in the Group Stage starts with surprising ties for Brazil, France, Germany, and Portugal. The most shocking result is Brazil’s draw against Haiti, as they are losing for most of the match. Neymar comes off the bench in the 60th minute and scores in the 75th minute to rescue a point.
Group Stage Second Game Results
The second set of games witnesses another Brazil draw, putting them at risk of not qualifying for the Knockout Stage, while Morocco gets their second win and ensures their place there. Along with Morocco, England, Argentina, Spain, Egypt, and Netherlands all make it to the Knockout Stage with six points from two matches. France gets a victory and massively improves their chances of making it out. As for Germany, it looks like they’re almost out, as they lose their second game and are now sitting on one point in the 2026 World Cup Group Stage.
Group Stage Third Game Results
It becomes clear that, in this EA Sports FC 26 simulation, Brazil is playing with fire, with three draws. They get lucky that Haiti and Scotland also tie and get third and fourth place, with two points each. As for Germany, they get a win, which isn’t enough to qualify them from their group. Instead, they make it to the Round of 32 through the backdoor, thanks to the eight best third-placed sides rule.
Knockout Stage Simulation
The stage of no second chances begins with 32 teams battling for the ultimate glory. In this simulation, at least. In the Knockout Stage, I’ll go over the best matches and what happened during them.
Round of 32 Results
The Round of 32 starts with the Netherlands beating Brazil two goals to none, which is not shocking anymore, as Brazil has been having a really poor performance in this tournament. Morocco barely survived Japan with a late goal to advance to the next stage. Germany also advances with a tough game against Mexico.
The biggest surprise in that stage comes from France’s draw with the Ivory Coast and letting the penalties decide, which was won by France. Spain comfortably wins against Algeria. So far, they’ve been having the best performance, with Oyarzabal scoring five goals, the most in the tournament.
Argentina falls short against Uruguay and loses on penalties. Portugal also goes to penalties against Norway, and Bernardo Silva is the one who scores the winning penalty to advance Portugal to the Round of 16.
Round of 16 Results
The Round of 16 starts with South Korea advancing to the next stage against the Netherlands. Spain won again, with Oyarzabal scoring another goal, increasing his total to six. The notable thing in this match is Pedri’s performance, giving two assists in the match, raising his total assists to six.
Best Shooter Games To Play After Destiny 2 Ends
These games are different from Destiny 2, but they still share some similarities in their space exploration and looter-shooter elements.
The Germany and England clash starts with Rashford scoring the opener and Germany drawing in the 56th minute. England is better and has more possession, which translates to victory at the end with a late Harry Kane goal. Morocco does the impossible and eliminates France from the tournament with two early goals from Brahim and Mazroui. Dembele scores at the end, but it isn’t enough to keep France in the tournament.
Quarterfinal Results
The Quarterfinal is four matches of the best-performing teams in this 2026 World Cup simulation. Czechia wins another match against South Korea and continues to be the dark horse of this World Cup. Spain dominates Switzerland throughout the entire match but fails to translate their dominance into goals. Eventually, Lamine Yamal scores the winning goal in the 73rd minute. The biggest takeaway from this match is Nico Williams getting a red card, which means he’ll miss the semi-final against Czechia.
On the other side, England ends Morocco’s journey and wins three goals to one. For some reason, Morocco completely fails to compete, as they lose all possession to England and spend the entire game defending relentless attacks. Portugal wins against Belgium, with Rafael Leao taking advantage of his speed, putting himself twice in a 1v1 against Courtois, scoring two goals to help Portugal win 4-2.
Semifinal Results
I can already see social media exploding about whether Cristiano Ronaldo can win his first World Cup or not. The Semifinal matches start with another easy win for Spain. Spain has the easiest road to the final in this simulation, as they barely face a team on their level. They dominate the entire match and win four goals to one, with Oyarzabal and Pedri scoring two goals each.
Every Arc Where Sasuke Uchiha Was Stronger Than Naruto
The ultimate anime rivalry between Naruto and Sasuke follows a trail of arcs where Sasuke shows enough power to make Naruto blush.
England ends Ronaldo’s dream and advances to the final with a solid performance from everyone, especially Harry Kane and Watkins. Portugal tries to play on the counterattacks, but they don’t have enough of the ball to create any danger.
The Final Stage Simulation
The Final Stage has two matches: Portugal against Czechia for third place and Spain against England for the 2026 World Cup title.
Third-Place Match Results
It looks like Czechia loses its drive because it has another disappointing match against Portugal, losing by five goals. Vitinha scores a hat-trick in this match, disrupting the top scorer list and tying with Oyarzabal. Portugal could’ve scored more goals if luck had been on their side, but they wasted many chances throughout the game.
The 2026 World Cup Winner
The final between England and Spain starts with an early goal from Pedri. Kane ties the score in the 52nd minute and scores again in the 66th minute, just for Pedri to score immediately after to make it 2-2. The 90 minutes end while both sides are performing at the same level. However, in Extra Time, England starts to perform slightly better, and it looks like they’re getting closer to scoring the winner.
However, in a surprising counterattack, Oyarzabal finds himself 1v1 against David Raya, just to score Spain’s third goal. That doesn’t last long, as Jude Bellingham scores a screamer from outside the box and puts the match level again. Unfortunately for Bellingham, he later misses his penalty and costs England the World Cup, with Spain winning 5-3 on penalties.
The 2026 World Cup Awards
It’s safe to say that Pedri deserves the 2026 World Cup Golden Ball award, according to this EA Sports FC 26 simulation. He consistently performs at the highest level while contributing a total of 13 G/A, with 5 goals and 8 assists. He also scored two goals in the final against England, which sealed the deal for him.
