Well-Thought-Out NPCs Make Playing Infinity Nikki Cozy and Truly Immersive

The difference between a good game and a great game usually lies in the details. A good game will have a strong storyline and fun quests, it will be well-made technically. However, a great game will create an intricate experience and a whole new universe. This is exactly what the Infinity Nikki developers managed to achieve, and paying attention to details, such as NPCs, truly makes this game stand out.

The Developers of Infinity Nikki Did a Great Job

Infinity Nikki players truly appreciate all the effort the devs put into this game. So, they often praise the devs for thinking of everything and anything. This time, they praised the devs for creating the perfect NPCs.

One player, Least_Sea, noted: “Can we appreciate how Infinity Nikki uses its NPCs? Seemingly run-of-the-mill NPCs have their own main character moments and storylines, instead of bringing in new characters. It makes the world feel so alive. Yeah let the shopkeeper become a knight and save the day. It would be so easy to let them be NPCs that take up space, but they aren’t”.

Truly, there is something magical about NPCs in this game. They are well-thought-out and included in storylines. Getting to go on a quest for someone you’ve seen around feels more organic than constantly introducing new characters. Also, it contributes to that feeling of being in a small village where you know everyone.

Players Share Their Favorite NPCs

Inspired by the OP’s post, dozens of Infinity Nikki players shared who their favorite NPCs were. Many players noted how some of the NPCs’ storylines truly struck a chord with them.

Euffy stated: “I was so stoked that they gave the damn street cleaner a whole back story. I love Monaco now. Keep sweeping that street baby, for your ancestors! I’m still gonna mess up the blossom piles tho”. CitronCitadel reminded: “Well he’s happy we do it, because the leaves magically disappear when we purify them, so he can focus on cleaning elsewhere”.

Another player, inscandio, shared their favorite NPCs. They stated: “I also like how they move around the NPCs during different patches. There’s an old couple that are traveling in Florawish with the grandpa reading his map and the grandma standing next to him, giving him a hard time. Each patch they’re confused at a different location. It’s so funny”.

Jack-plus concluded: “I love the variety of NPCs in this game. From children to the elderly, all are represented. I also love how the NPCs interact with the world in dynamic ways. It really feels like they are a part of the world instead of tacked on”.

It seems that everything about this game is wholesome and cozy. From the devs listening to players’ wishes, to amazing celebrations. Somehow, even the glitches are wonderful. So, enjoy the game to the fullest, we’re sure there is much more to come.
