Tamagotchi Plaza: How to Fix Teeth (Dentist Shop)

The Dentist Shop in Tamagotchi Plaza is available to everyone who owns the game, as it is part of the base game. It is one of the most complex and minigames in Tamagotchi Plaza, as it has quite a few gameplay features that players will unlock as they rank up the shop.

This guide will tell players how to treat every dental problem that they may come head-to-head with at the Dentist Shop in Tamagotchi Plaza. Not all of them will be available from the get-go because, as its rank increases, so does the difficulty.

Cavities

When a tooth has a cross on it, it means there is a cavity that needs to be treated. To remove a cavity in Tamagotchi Plaza, players have to grab the Drill (second tab, first slot) and use it on the teeth in a circular motion. Once the cavity pops up, they must grab the Tweezers (second tab, second slot) and use them to pick up the cavity and drop it into the cage.

Next, they have to pick up a Cotton Ball (third tab) that matches the color of the hole left by the cavity and fill it up. The treatment will be complete, but gamers will be left with a dirty tooth.

Dirty Teeth

Dirty teeth are characterized by colorful grime on the teeth near the gums. To clean a dirty tooth in Tamagotchi Plaza, gamers must put up the toothbrush (first tab) and select the color of toothpaste that matches the grime on the tooth. Then, they must use the brush on the tooth and move it around until it is clean.

Missing Teeth

When a patient has missing teeth, players will have to replace them. To replace a tooth in Tamagotchi Plaza, gamers must select the Teeth tab (fourth tab) and pick the replacement that they would like to put on the patient – any type of teeth will work.

Excessive Saliva

When the patient begins to produce drool from having his mouth open for too long, players will have to grab the Aspirator (second tab, fourth slot) to suck up the excessive saliva and then its air-blowing counterpart (second tab, fifth slot) to clean up any that may remain on the teeth.

Crooked Teeth

If players spot any crooked teeth inside a patient’s mouth, then they will have to give them Braces (second tab, third slot). To apply Braces in Tamagotchi Plaza, gamers must select them, interact with one of the crooked teeth, and then do a circular motion with the analog stick to straighten the teeth.

Pain

Patients will feel pain when enduring a painful tooth treatment, such as drilling on the tooth to uncover a cavity or putting on Braces. Gamers shouldn’t have any trouble understanding the patient’s reaction to pain, as tears will swell up in their eyes. When it occurs, players will have to use a Syringe (fifth tab) and apply the anesthesia to dull the pain.

X-Ray

The X-Ray is the last feature that players will unlock at the Dentist Shop, and it requires players to get the shop to Royal rank. It is a fun mechanic, as it allows gamers to take a look at the cavity inside the tooth and feel like real dentists, but unfortunately, it doesn’t do much gameplay-wise.
