There are a couple of possible reasons why the code you entered doesn’t work.
- Probably the most common reasons are capitalization and spelling. The devs like to get creative and insert special characters or use specific spellings of words. So, your safest bet is to copy/paste the code directly from the source.

- If the code is active and doesn’t have any typos, the game may be experiencing some server issues. So, the only thing that you can do is be patient and try again a couple of hours later. Hopefully, that will do the trick!
