Palworld has eight bosses locked up in towers scattered around the gigantic map. While you may encounter the first tower boss early on as part of the tutorial, some of the other tower bosses are pretty far from the starting area. Beating tower bosses reward you with five ancient technology points the first time, which is a pretty good reason to seek these guys out.
You will also need to beat tower bosses in order to progress in the story and unlock the World Tree.
Below, we list out the Palworld tower bosses, alongside how much HP they have and their weaknesses.
Update (July 14): We’ve updated this guide with the new content added in Palworld 1.0.
Palworld tower boss locations
As part of the 1.0 update, the tower bosses have been fully integrated into the story in Palworld. You’ll need to take them on in this order:
- Zoe and Grizzbolt
- Lily and Lyleen
- Axel and Orserk
- Marcus and Faleris
- Victor and Shadowbeak
- Saya and Selyne
- Bjorn and Bastigor
- Auri and Shaolong
Below, we’ve listed details about the element, weaknesses, and HP for each tower boss.
Tower #1: Zoe and Grizzbolt (Tower of the Rayne Syndicate)
Zoe and Grizzbolt are the first tower boss you’ll go against, and she’s cute but not much of a challenge.
- Pal element: Electric
- Pal weaknesses: Ground
- HP: Approximately 12,000
Tower #2: Lily and Lyleen (Tower of the Free Pal Alliance)
Lily and Lyleen are in a grassy area north of Zoe’s tower.
- Pal element: Grass
- Pal weakness: Fire
- HP: Approximately 42,000
Tower #3: Axel and Orserk (Tower of the Brothers of the Eternal Pyre)
Axel and Orserk are on an island filled with lava, so you’ll need heat resistance to get to the tower.
- Pal element: Electric/dragon
- Pal weakness: Ground and ice
- HP: Approximately 53,000
Tower #4: Marcus and Faleris (Tower of the PIDF)
Marcus and Faleris are in the northern desert, so to get there safely you’ll need heat resistance during the day and cold resistance at night.
- Pal element: Fire
- Pal weakness: Water
- HP: Approximately 72,000
Tower #5: Victor and Shadowbeak (Tower of the PAL Genetic Research Unit)
Victor and Shadowbeak are in the snowy mountain in the north, so you’ll need cold resistance to make it there.
- Pal element: Dark
- Pal weakness: Dragon
- HP: Approximately 105,000
Tower #6: Saya and Selyne (Moonflower Tower)
Saya and Selyne are the sole tower boss in Sakurajima.
- Pal element: Dark/neutral
- Pal weakness: Dark and dragon
- HP: Approximately 234,000
Tower #7: Bjorn and Bastigor (Feybreak Tower)
Bjorn and Bastigor are the sole tower boss in Feybreak. To enter the tower, you must first defeat the Dazzi Noct, Caprity Noct, and Omascul field bosses and obtain their bounty tokens.
- Pal element: Ice
- Pal weakness: Fire
- HP: Approximately 310,000
Tower #8: Auri and Shaolong (PIDF Tower)
Auri and Shaolong are on the floating Sunreach islands on the southern part of the map. You can use a flying Pal to get here, but after beating Bjorn, a portal will open at the top of Feybreak Tower, allowing you to teleport straight here. To actually battle Auri, you’ll need to deactivate the six glowing mechanisms around these islands, as prompted by the mission markers.
- Pal element: Dragon/Water
- Pal weakness: Electric and Ice
- HP: Approximately 327,000
After you beat this eigth boss, you’ll be able to re-challenge any of the bosses on a harder difficulty.
