NBA 2K27 has been officially revealed by 2K, and we will be able to start our journey later this year, during the month of August. We have plenty of information, including the release date, the available editions and what they have to offer, and the Cover star athletes.

NBA 2K27 release date

NBA 2K has shared with us the most essential information fans are out for every year. We have actual confirmation about the release date. NBA 2K27 will release on PC and consoles worldwide on September 4. There will be an early access period for those who opt for the Deluxe Edition and above. The early access begins on August 29 in most regions of the world, but if you are in the US, it will be a day before.

NBA 2K27 editions

NBA 2K27, just like last year, will be available in three different editions:

  • Standard
  • Deluxe
  • Ultra Edition

Ultra editions are available at different price points, but you also get more content with the more expensive choices.

Standard

The standard edition comes with the base game and 10,000 VC.

NBA 2K27 Cover Stars

The three editions will have three different cover stars. Like last year, NBA 2K has spread the choices across men’s and women’s basketball:

  • Derrick Rose will be the face of the Ultra Edition.
