Halo Campaign Evolved is coming soon to PC and console users worldwide, and you won’t need to wait long to get into Master Chief’s boots. There will be two separate release days based on which edition you have access to. There is up to five days of early access that you can enjoy, but you will need to pay a premium for it.
This guide will provide you with all the information regarding the exact launch timings so that you don’t have to waste a minute.
Halo Campaign Evolved release countdown
The exact countdown for Halo Campaign Evolved will depend on your edition. While the game officially launches on July 28, you can enjoy up to five extra days of gameplay. This is only available with either the Premium or the Collector’s Edition, and the following countdown will expire once the early access is met.
The countdown is based on the following times:
- 8am PDT
- 10am CDT
- 11am EDT
- 3pm UTC
- 4pm BST
- 5pm CEST
The times are taken from the official Xbox app that’s available on PC.
If you are playing via Game Pass or if you have purchased the Standard Edition, the following countdown will be applicable to you. As I mentioned, you will need to wait five extra days before you can enjoy your journey.

If you would rather not wait, your only option is to get either the Premium edition or the Collector’s edition. The latter is only available in certain regions of the world, but the Premium edition can be purchased for $69.99.
While you get the base game and five days of early access, you will also have access to the Alpha Halo Armory Pack, which comes with five Master Chief skins and eight weapon skins. Pre-ordering the edition will also get you the Foundry Armory Pack, which has more Master Chief and weapon skins to customize your collection.
