One of the new Badges in PEAK‘s The Final Ascent update requires you to get hit by arrows, but arrows can only be found in THE CITADEL. This Badge might be a tad risky, as you’re in the final biome and the last thing you want to do is get killed by arrows. Below, we’ll show you how you can safely get hit by 10 arrows and pull them out yourself so that you can get the Archery Badge and finish your collection of cosmetics in PEAK.
How to Remove 10 Arrows and Get the Archery Badge in PEAK
You can get hit by each arrow trap up to three times before it runs out of arrows. Thankfully, THE CITADEL is brimming with these potentially lethal traps. To start, head to the campfire in THE CITADEL after climbing through the GLOOM, but don’t interact with the Campfire just yet. Instead, head to the room on the right to find your first arrow trap (and if you’re lucky, some Luggage with Bandages).
Face the arrow hole on the wall (shown above) and let it shoot you in the head three times by walking into the blue laser beam tripwire. You can then remove the arrows easily from your head by looking at them. The reason you won’t want the arrow to hit your leg or your hand is that it will be harder to remove by yourself without a teammate.
Removing an arrow will take over 10% of your HP, so you’re going to want to make sure you have Bandages and healing supplies at the ready so you don’t pull out an arrow and end up killing yourself!
Once you’ve used up an arrow trap, use the Campfire to reset your health ailments and head into THE CITADEL. On the ground floor, you should see more than enough blue tripwires for you to run into, and after you get hit by 10 arrows and remove all 10 by yourself, you will get the Badge.
