Overwatch 2‘s Stadium mode has the potential to completely transform a hero’s playstyle and role, and Brigitte is a key example of this. She’s already an aggressive Overwatch 2 support character, but her Stadium powers and abilities can make her a lethal frontliner that paves the way forward for her team.
There are quite a few different ways to build Brigitte in Overwatch 2‘s Stadium mode, but there are some powers and items that are much stronger than the rest. Brigitte can become a secondary tank for your team, a much stronger healer, and a huge damage dealer all rolled into one. This is the best Brigitte Stadium build in Overwatch 2.
Best Brigitte Powers in Overwatch 2 Stadium
Brigitte’s Stadium powers can dramatically alter her playstyle in Overwatch 2. The best of the bunch is Lindholm Wall, which increases her shield size by 60% and doubles its health. Plus, her Shield Bash (one of her best offensive tools) gains the ability to hit multiple enemies instead of just one.
If you pair that with Mender Bender, another key power for Brigitte, her Shield Bash will restore one third of her shield’s health and trigger Inspire for her and any nearby allies. These two powers basically transform Brigitte into a more nimble version of Reinhardt while also giving her more opportunities to trigger her passive healing from Inspire. Her base kit is already annoying enough for most players, but these two powers will make the enemy team even angrier.
Later in the match, you should pick up Righteous Cleave to round things out. This power makes her basic Rocket Flail heal nearby allies for 100% of the damage dealt after you use either of her other two abilities. Brigitte already heals allies by dealing damage with her Rocket Flail, so this just amps up her healing capabilities. If you buy some items that increase raw attack power, the healing from this power will also be increased as well.
Brigitte’s fourth power slot is a flex position that you can use to fit in any specific counters for the enemy team’s composition or to fill in any gaps on your own side. Burst Aid is really strong for a self-sustaining tank playstyle, and Whirlwhip pairs nicely with Righteous Cleave since it transforms her Rocket Flail into an AOE attack. Optimizer is another solid option to boost Brigitte’s healing output as well. Lastly, Maces to Faces is great for keeping Inspire active without putting yourself into danger that often.
Best Stadium Items for Brigitte
Brigitte’s best items in Stadium are the ones that increase the strength of her weapon and abilities. If you’re using Righteous Cleave, for example, you should buy items that increase Brigitte’s weapon damage, since that’ll also increase the healing output from Rocket Flail strikes.
For an ability power-focused build, you should seek out Champion’s Kit, Catalytic Crystal, Iridescent Iris, and similar items at lower rarities. These will dramatically increase the potency of Brigitte’s Whip Shot and Shield Bash while also speeding up her Ultimate generation. This is especially great for Maces to Faces users since that power buffs Whip Shot and boosts its Inspire uptime. If you’re using that power, then the Chain Extender item is a must-have because it greatly increases Whip Shot’s range.
You can also build Brigitte as a frontline tank if you buy items that boost her health/armor and increase her basic attack damage. Martian Mender is great for self-sustain since it boosts natural healing, and Phantasmic Flux is another solid choice since it buffs basically everything while also giving you Overhealth from Lifesteal. Eye of the Spider boosts weapon damage and makes you even more effective against weakened enemies on top of that, which is a perfect fit for Brigitte’s aggressive playstyle.
For any Brigitte build, one of her best items is Dragon’s Incinerator. This completely changes her ultimate, giving Brigitte much more offensive utility. Her Rally Ultimate will only last 20% of its usual duration, but it’ll burn nearby enemies and heal Brigitte with Lifesteal. The damage dealt by this item scales with the targets’ max HP, too, so it’s a great counter for tanky builds on the opposing team.
