Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and Infinity Nikki players are hoping for the ultimate gift – some housing for their heroines. There have been rumors circling social media that Nikki will finally get a place she could call home. But, should you get your hopes up?
Leaks of Housing Raise Players’ Hopes
For a while now, players have been asking for Nikki to finally get a place she could call her own. As of the time of writing this article, many players consider her homeless, which is quite unfair to our favorite video game character.
Of course, there have been plenty of leaks that showed off Nikki’s future residence. One player, RowTime9136, shared several leaked images that gave players a look at our heroine’s future home. Islands that make up a heart, fields of lavender, a gazebo, and plenty of flowers, everything looks absolutely perfect.
As expected, many players were hopeful that they’d get to visit this enchanting place as soon as possible. Just based on the leaked images, players started planning photoshoots and adventures.
Infinity Nikki Community Issues a Warning
Unfortunately for the Infinity Nikki players, the chances are they’ll have to wait a bit longer for housing. Basically, there are no indications that the Valentine’s Day update will provide Nikki and Momo with a cozy home. Some devoted players even took to Reddit to warn the other community members not to get their hopes up.
Myyahng noted: “The only thing that’s coming around that time is the two new 4-star banners. It’s not a full update, just the second phase of our current patch: 1.2. Other than existing, the timeline for housing has not been officially confirmed. However that would be such a large addition it would be added in a completely new patch (eg, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5)”.
Another player, Concerned_Veggie, added: “The devs did confirm they are working on Housing and Island for the house. But there is no confirmation on when it will be released. All this information(release date for housing & island) has not been confirmed nor verified by Papergames or Infold Games, so take it with a grain of salt”.
Now, players of all ages are hoping to see Nikki move into her own home soon. However, we have to be patient for a while longer, since there is no official information about when this will happen. The important thing is that it is going to happen, the devs just need to cook for a little longer. So, use this time to enjoy other features and complete all the quests.
