Surviving the nightmares and Pinhead as Aidan in Hellraiser: Revival is no easy task, but there are a couple of different endings to explore. For large parts, there’s essentially just one way to enjoy the game and clear all the contents.
When it comes to the endings, however, you’ll have an important decision to make. In this guide, I will go through how both endings work and how you can unlock them.
How to unlock all endings in Hellraiser: Revival
Hellraiser: Revival has two official endings you can achieve, and the split comes right at the end. This ensures that you have the freedom as Aidan to decide on the ending you want. First, let’s find out how to trigger the happy ending.
Human After All
This is the happy ending in my books since you manage to keep Aidan a human in the end. When he is in the apartment, you’ll get the chance to join the Cenobites. If you follow them, you’ll find the Reverend Mother waiting at the end.
However, the window will close if you decide to reject the offer. You’ll remain with the Merchant and have a normal life. Going for this ending will trigger the Human After All achievement. A note of caution: you can’t get back Sunny with this ending and accept what has happened.
Experience Beyond Limits

As Aidan, you can also choose to join the Cenobites in the ending. To do so, just follow the Cenobites through the opening in the apartment, and you’ll find the Reverend Mother. If you go with this route, you’ll become a Cenobite and no longer remain human.
Incidentally, this choice also doesn’t rescue Sunny, so this is purely the bad ending in my books. You’ll unlock the Experience Beyond Limits achievement with this ending.
You can experience both endings on the same save since the game will create a final autosave just before your final decision. Furthermore, you can load the save from the menu to trigger both endings, and thus unlock both applicable trophies.
