The key to a great build in Megabonk is items, and you can get more options on a run over time.
When you’re starting, the options will be limited. A few items that can spawn on your run are unlocked by default. The spawns are entirely random. However, completing quests unlocks more items. Once you purchase them with Silver, they can spawn on your run after clearing certain in-game conditions.
