We are arriving to the middle weeks of October, and with it arrives Season 2 in NBA 2K27. The first season featured some fantastic rewards to grind for, and it’s going to get even bigger. Thankfully, NBA 2K has already confirmed the release date and time ahead of launch.
NBA 2K27 Season 2 release countdown
Season 2 goes live on Friday, October 16. The release date was confirmed in an earlier patch notes. This also follows the usual schedule that NBA 2K has followed for the previous two games. The following countdown will expire once the season goes live.
The countdown is based on the following times.
- 8am PDT
- 10am CDT
- 11am EDT
- 3pm UTC
- 4pm BST
- 5pm CEST
If there’s any delay from the timings mentioned here, I will update it on this guide. Any delay, however, is highly unlikely since there hasn’t been such an incident in the last couple of years.
NBA 2K27 Season 2 Pass rewards
We will have a full reveal of the Season 2 Pass items later tonight on Oct. 14. Once again, there will be 40 levels of rewards available for all of us to unlock. The list of items goes up if you opt for the paid upgrade.
The paid version also comes with additional VC and special MyTeam cards that unlock instantly. These can be useful boost for your MyPlayer and MyTeam progression, but it comes at a cost of $10. The free version will be available for all, and it will still have 40 levels of rewards for all (80 items spread across MyTeam and MyCareer).
