Alucard’s Sword and Shield is one of the best weapons available in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, bit it won’t be handed out to you. Instead, you’ll need to unlock the weapon by obtaining it on your adventure.

How to unlock Alucard’s Sword and Shield in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse
First, you have to complete the game until you reach Alucard’s Tower in the Main Hall. This is the main location of the weapon. To get the Shield and Sword, we will be heading to the top part of the area, above the library’s entrance.
So, how do you reach the tower? First, go to the Entrance Corridor’s Mirror of Life, and use your whip on the painting to reach the nearby glowing red door. You can only get this part done if you have unlocked the Double Jump movement ability.
Next, head to the red door in the Grand Hall. There will be challenges along the way, and a part of the path will be created with switches. Keep heading upwards, and you’ll come across an Alucard portrait.
When you try to reach the upper level, you’ll find the door blocked by five blue flames. Find them along around the path to the tower, and use your Arcane whip to destroy them all.
Finally, the locked path will be open, allowing you to gain access to the shrine. Interact with it to reach the spot where Alucard’s Sword and Shield can be obtained from the wall.
