With 1.0, Enshrouded‘s map is bigger than ever, and it also makes things tad more complex. If you’re a new player, you might think about moving to the next region when you reach a certain level.
While you’re not wrong, there’s a more systematic way to switch to a new region as you improve yourself.
Enshrouded 1.0 region movement guide
There are seven different regions in the game. I have explained all seven regions in the following table, along with the required levels.
| Region | Ideal Levels | What to work on |
|---|---|---|
| Springlands | 1-10 | This is the beginner area where you learn the basics. You’ll get introduced to important concepts that will set you up for your save. |
| Revelwood | 11-15 | If you go north from Springlands, you’ll find Revelwood. This area is all about finding new items for quests. |
| Nomad Highlands | 15-20 | Head east from Revelwood to reach Nomad Highlands. You get to experience a new biome and find several quests. You’ll also find plenty of resources that can be used to improve your equipment. |
| Kindlewastes | 20-30 | Head southeast from Nomad Highlands to reach Kindlewastes. Focus on clearing content in the desert once you’re closer to Level 30. |
| Albaneve Summits | 30-40 | Head northeast from the desert to reach the mountains. You’ll find plenty of resources here that will prepare you for the endgame. |
| Veilwater Basin | 35-45 | Located west from the mountains, you can journey back and forward to find more endgame resources. |
| Cinder’s Cradle | 45-50 | This is the endgame region where you’ll get to enjoy the ending of the main campaign. |
While sticking to the levels are necessary, make sure to have enough consumables to avert dangerous situations. You’ll also want to have weapons and armors that are powerful enough.
