FC 27 is currently undergoing a maintenance ahead of the new season, and the servers are offline as of writing. Thankfully, EA Sports informed us about the maintenance and its schedule. Hence, we know when the servers will be back.
FC 27 server maintenance schedule (Oct. 21)
The server maintenance began at 11pm PDT/1am CDT/2am EDT/6am UTC as scheduled. EA Sports shared the information on the official FC communication account on X. According to the available information, the maintenance will be going on for at least five hours.
If there’s no delay, the servers will be online at 4am PDT/6am CDT/7am EDT/11am UTC. However, there can always be unforeseen delays with the longer maintenances. I will duly post an update if the maintenance continues beyond the expected window.
All server-related activities remain locked during the maintenance. This includes the Ultimate Team mode and all of its contents. While you can still use the Web App/Companion App, any kind of matchmaking will result in errors. This also applies for Squad Battles despite you going up against the AI.
If you’re unwilling to wait for the maintenance to be over, you can try the Career Mode. It allows you to play as a player or try your hands in management. The objective is to take your favorite club to the glory. This year, EA Sports has made several improvements to the mode that adds to the realism element.
Hopefully, there won’t be any delays, and we will be able to enjoy the online games in few more hours.
