Best Sprites to use in Fortnite Treasure Hunters

The Treasure Hunters mini-season in Fortnite has introduced a fresh set of Sprites to use, and there are some wonderful options available. While you can always find special variants if you’re lucky enough, the base options are pretty strong on their own.

In this guide, I will discuss the best Sprites to use in the Treasure Hunters season.

Best Sprites to start with in Fortnite Treasure Hunters

The following table has the strongest recommendations you can consider for the mini-season. Finding these specific Sprites will largely depend on your luck, and finding the rare ones will be harder (compared to the common ones).

Sprite Ability Reason
Exmarks Reveals location of Wanted Posters and Treasure Maps. Drops an extra Treasure Map at max level. Treasure Maps and Wanted Posters are immensely useful if you want to maximize your loot. Not only does this Sprite reveal their locations, but you get an extra Treasure Map once it reaches max level.
Wayfinder Reveals nearby sprites and gives you more items when opening buried chests from all locations. If you’re looking to get as many Sprites as possible, Wayfinder makes things easier. Moreover, you’ll get more loot from every buried chest you can find on the island.
Plundarggh Sprite Gain increased pickaxe and movement speed by opening chests. While I am not a big fan of the increased the Pickaxe speed, the same can’t be said about the buff to your movement. At max level, your higher movement speed will create a noticeable difference when it comes to defeating other players.
Re-Pete Raises reload speed and offers a chance to refund ammo. If you’re someone who likes to engage a lot in player fights, this one will be a worthwhile find. It allows you to not only reload faster, but there’s a chance for you to get ammo refunds.

These are my favorite picks when it comes to Sprites in the mini-season. However, you can always find Fortune and Cursed variants. Both of them have additional in-game effects on top of the base abilities, making them overpowered.
