DREADMOOR release countdown: Exact date and time

First-person fishing adventure DREADMOOR is coming soon to gamers worldwide, and think again if you thought it’s a cozy adventure. The game is set in a dark, submerged world that’s rotting from events in the past. Hence, fishing in these perilous waters won’t be easy, and there will be dangers to stay away from.

But first, let’s find out when the game goes live.

DREADMOOR release countdown

DREADMOOR goes live on Monday, Nov. 9. The release date was announced earlier by Dream Dock, and I am not expecting any change this late. The following countdown will expire once the game goes live.

The countdown is based on the following times.

  • 5am PT
  • 7am CT
  • 8am ET
  • 1pm UTC
  • 2pm CET

If there’s any change in the release schedule, I will duly update it on this guide.

What to expect from DREADMOOR

DREADMOOR is an atmospheric first-person game where you have to survive in a flooded world. To do so, you’ll need to use your fishing skills, combat abilities, and knowledge of exploration. In this decaying world, taking charge of your trawler is only the first step.

As you travel across scattered settlements, you will be able to trade your catch and make money. This allows you to upgrade your vessel and craft essential equipment.

The creatures in the world of DREADMOOR are not your ordinary fish. Many of them have mutated across the sea and land, and they can be a threat to your survival. If you are careless, you can end up becoming the prey yourself.

Dozens of dangerous fish live beneath the surface. You will have to scour the waters and find the best spots. To catch different species, you will have to bring unique baits and cast them on your line. You will also need to look out for scraps, resources, and other materials that have been decaying in the barren lands and water.

While survival is the core gameplay loop of DREADMOOR, there is no single way to do so. With an ever-lurking threat at every corner, you will have to do your best to outlast the dangers on land and sea.
