A new trailer for Fallout Season 2 has been released, giving us a quick peak at what’ll be going down in and around New Vegas. Moments of note include a fight with a Deathclaw, a glimpse of The Kings, and a close up of Macaulay Culkin.
A continuation of the incredibly popular first season, this time The Ghoul and Lucy Maclean follow Hank Maclean into the Nevada desert where they’ll surely run into all manner of ne’er-do-wells. They’re followed by Maxmimus of the Brotherhood of Steel, who’ll have to wrestle with a giant monster, as well as his feelings. Which will prove harder? Who knows… Neato!
Macaulay Culkin is seen as a member of The Legion, seemingly stabbing some poor guy in a gruesome fashion. He doesn’t seem to be having the worst time of it either, which makes sense considering what Fallout fans will already know about The Legion and how they get down. You can watch the trailer yourself, embedded below.
The TV show has already been renewed for a third season, which certainly means we won’t be finished with this cast anytime soon. However, what’ll actually happen this season remains a tantalising mystery. How the show will change the pre-existing cannon established in the beloved Fallout: New Vegas, if it does at all, is the most pressing wonder among fans of the video game series.
We know Walton Goggins (who plays The Ghoul) thinks Season 2 is pretty darn good, which is a positive sign. It was only back in May he peeled off his skin in celebration of the second season wrapping up filming. You’ll be happy to know this was prosthetic skin, not the grizzly alternative. It’s chalked up to be quite the event, so grab your expensive TV Show backpack and get ready for the first episode to drop next month!
