Best item recipes in Risk of Rain 2 Alloyed Collective

One of the best features of the Alloyed Collective DLC in Risk of Rain 2 is the introduction of the cooking mechanic.

This feature allows you to combine different ingredients to get various items, and some of them can be immensely useful to your survival chances. While there are plenty of items to craft, this guide will briefly give you an idea about the best ones.

Best Risk of Rain 2 items to craft

The table below has information about what I consider the best items to make. These items are useful under any circumstances, which makes them pretty important to have.

Item Recipe
Charged Perforator ACT + Tesla/Capacitor
Empathy Cores Box of Dynamites + Sentry Key
H3AD-5T v2 Combine any two between Quail, Feather and Spur
Shatterspleen Noxious Thorn + Will-o Wisp
Pocket ICBM ATG + Disposable Missile Launcher
Disposable Missile Launcher ATG + Fuel Cell
ATG Missile Mk. 1 Sticky Bomb + Fireworks
Recycler Bottle of Chaos + Fuel Cell
Ultimate Meal Clover + Bottle of Chaos (other options also work, but I have yet to test them)
Encompassed Cerebellum Encrypted Cerebellum + Empathy Cores/Encrusted Key/Orphaned Core/Rusted Key/Prison Matrix/Sentry Key

Out of all the items on this table, I prefer making H3AD-5T and Ultimate Meal whenever possible. The latter is pretty cheap to make and increases your overall luck. Luck is immensely beneficial for your runs, irrespective of what build you’re using.

Some like Charged Perforator and Empathy Cores are boss items, but you’ll need them to progress deeper into your runs.

The Encompassed Cerebellum is the most unique of all recipes. You’ll require the Encrypted Cerebellum (drops from Solus Wing) and combine it with other items as listed on the table. The Encompassed Cerebellum allows you to unlock the hidden final boss in the form of Solus Heart and helps you reach the true ending of Alloyed Collective.

Once you’ve defeated Solus Wing, you can access the Computational Exchange area. You’ll find Chef behind a glitchy wall. Provide him with the correct ingredients, and he will prepare the applicable items for you.

You can craft a variety of items, and they should be based on your needs. I will be updating this guide with more recipes as I explore the levels more and try out different builds.
