Most players have already fallen in love with Heartopia’s cozy world, adorable characters, and endless activities. From decorating your home to exploring Astralis, meeting residents, caring for animals, and unlocking hobbies, there is always something waiting for you. With so much to do, it’s easy to feel a little lost in the beginning.
This is why you need to have a simple daily routine. This guide walks you through the most important things to do every day in Heartopia, so you can make the most of your time while still playing at your own pace.
Where to Find All Resources in Heartopia
Knowing where to find resources in Heartopia can make all the difference when you’re building something.
Things to Do Daily in Heartopia
Complete Resident Requests
Resident Requests are your daily quests and can be accessed through the calendar icon near your map. The daily requests reset every day at 6:00 a.m., while the weekly ones refresh every Saturday at the same time.
Any requests you do not complete are lost when they reset, so it is important to claim and finish them.
These tasks are usually simple, like delivering items or gathering materials. The rewards include gold, wishing stars, and Contribution Medals. These medals level up your DG Membership, which unlocks more plots, new features, additional quests, and better rewards.
Check Your Mail
The next thing you should do when you log in is check your mail. You can do this either through your in-game phone or by interacting with the mailbox outside your home. If you have new messages, an icon will appear above it. Friends can send you mail while you are offline, and sometimes you may receive useful items or updates. It’s a small habit, but it helps you feel connected to the world and your friends.
Check the Events Page
Next, take a moment to open the Events page by tapping the little planet icon. This section is filled with daily opportunities. You will find sign-in rewards, limited-time shops, gacha events, and special seasonal events that can reward you with goodies like crystals, furniture, outfits, and gold. Checking this page daily is a great way to never miss any free items.
Tend Your Garden
Before anything else, make sure to tend to your garden. Harvest whatever is ready and replant immediately. Some crops take several hours to grow, so planting them early on in your day is a good idea. Gardening supports cooking, crafting, selling, and completing requests. It is one of the most reliable systems in the early game.
Find the Roaming Oak and Flawless Fluorite
If you have unlocked them, searching for the Roaming Oak Timber and Flawless Fluorite should become part of your routine. Both can only be harvested in a limited amount each day. They appear in different locations around the world.
Roaming Oak Timber and Flawless Fluorite are rare resources used for crafting, so building a steady stockpile is incredibly helpful. Taking a short ride around town to find them becomes a peaceful and rewarding daily ritual.
Visit the Shops
Visiting the shops is another habit worth forming. The furniture shop and clothing store refresh their stock every day. Even if you cannot afford everything, seeing what is available helps you plan how much gold you want to earn.
Care for Your Pets and Feed Animals
If you have pets in Heartopia, interact with them every day. Feeding, training, and playing with them strengthens your bond and also rewards you with gold and items the following day.
Apart from your home, you can also feed animals around the world. Each animal has preferences, and feeding them raises your bond level. This opens up the door to new interactions, gifts, and adorable animations.
Spend Time on Hobbies
Make sure you spend some time every day enjoying your hobbies. From fishing, gardening, to animal care, or hunting down insects, there are so many hobbies in Heartopia. These activities fill your collection book and help you earn extra rewards.
Forage for Items
As you move around the map, collect resources, go fishing, catch bugs, and keep an eye out for bubbles. Pink Bubbles reset weekly and reward you with adorable furniture items. These small rewards add up over time.
