Arknights Endfield is now out globally, and you can choose to play on your phones and on your PC.

Thanks to the different platforms available at launch, you can play with your keyboard and mouse. While the console version isn’t live as of writing at launch, there’s controller support available as well. This guide will provide you with an overview of all the default controls.
