The guys of TFD were always overshadowed by the girls. They objectively get more attention, both from the devs and, naturally, from the fans. Their Skins always look like more effort was made for them than for the male ones, and it has always caused some dissatisfaction with the players. Guys are deserving of great Skins, too! And, on that note, it looks like it finally happened. Taking Blair and putting him in the Secret Service outfit yielded great results, and The First Descendant players are going nuts about him.
The Guys of The First Descendant Strike Back With the New Secret Service Blair Skin
On February 26, Nexon released Hotfix 1.2.9. It improved the drop rates for some Weapon Cores and added the Albion Secret Service skins. As you’d expect, they have that classic debonair secret agent look, with tuxedos and all that. But one Descendant stands out from the rest.
We all expected Blair to rise in popularity, as he’s next in line to get the Ultimate version. But, we didn’t expect that it would happen due to a new Skin. As it turns out, Blair looks the best when put in the Secret Service outfit. The hairstyles all look the same, but Blair’s short beard is the perfect counterpoint to it.
The fans are already off the rails, with comments like “Blair is looking delicious!” by redditnhonhom, and “Yep literally the only reason I bought this one…” by darknessinzero777.
Furthermore, one player, named Fresh-Employee-9997, bought the Skin and repainted it so Blair looks like John Wick.
The comments for it are hilarious, like “The Blair Wick Project “ by SheepherderBoth6599, “I once saw him kill 3 Vulgus with a pencil” by STB_LuisEnriq, and “Let’s hope a vulgus doesn’t [off] your dog” by BreakfastMinute3270.
Repainting your Descendants to look like popular characters has always been popular in the game, as we already had The Powerpuff Girls and Caitlyn from Arcane. And it was about time that the guys got a really cool-looking skin.
