There are plenty of side quests and smaller side hustles in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and if you want to score some extra Groschen, Chenyek and his guild in Kuttenberg has a lot of jobs for players to do. Beyond the Grave is but one of many tasks you can do for Chenyek’s guild, and it’ll only take a few minutes to complete.
After you complete the Feast for the Poor task in KCD2, Chenyek will tell you to get acquainted with the rest of the guild. Beyond the Grave is the task you get after speaking with Rat, and it’ll send you on a mission to rob a grave in a nearby cemetery. This guide covers the most important bits of this task, as well as some other bits of information you might want to know.

In Vino Veritas can be a tricky quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Here’s a full walkthrough to help players complete it with ease.
Find the Seal in the Tomb in KCD2 Beyond The Grave
Your first task is to head to the Sedletz Monastery, which is due northeast of Kuttenberg. This is also the same place where you do The Reliquary quest for Sir Valentine’s sword in KCD2, so expect some parallels.
Once you reach the monastery, speak with the blind monk sitting over one of the graves outside. This’ll start another task, but the important part here is that you’ll gain access to the church by agreeing to help him out. Sort that out, then proceed to the lower part of the main church building. Look for a wooden trap door in the middle of the room. Interact with it, and you’ll fall down into the catacombs.
From the drop point, face southward and pass through the tunnel. You’ll find a brick wall with a cross above it. Pull the wall down and climb through the hole to find a sarcophagus. Unfortunately, the ring you’re looking for isn’t there.
Finding the Gravedigger in Beyond The Grave
Turns out, the mine owner’s grave was already looted, and the only one who could’ve known about it was the local gravekeeper. You can find his home just north of the monastery. Talk to him, and he’ll say that he doesn’t know anything about the grave robbery. However, if you rob him, you’ll find the mine owner’s ring in his pockets.
You can knock the gravedigger out as soon as he turns his back to you, or you could wait for night to arrive and pick his pockets while he sleeps. EIther way, you’ll get the ring once you check the gravedigger’s inventory. Bring it back to Rat, and she’ll give you 225 Groschen for your hard work.
