Players can get The Disappointer unique pistol from a merchant located in the Paradis Hightown in the Dawnshore region of Avowed. You’ll need to simply travel to the High Market fast-travel beacon inside the Paradis Hightown. After spawning in the market, keep heading toward the northwest corner of the area, through the alleyways.

After arriving at the marked location, you’ll meet a hidden merchant named Kerdhed “Cutty” Colen. If it’s the first time you’re interacting with him, he’ll engage you in a conversation.
