Terraria‘s 1.4.5 update, aka Bigger and Boulder, has an amazing collaboration with Palworld, and you can catch different pals.
Four different Pals have been added from Palworld as part of the collaboration. You’ll need to catch all four of them to add to your collection. Let’s look at how to catch them all in the quickest possible time.
How to get all Pals in Terraria
As part of the collaboration with Palworld, you can find four Pals in Terraria.
- Cattiva
- Foxparks
- Chillet
- Digtoise
All four Pals have some elements of RNG associated with how you can catch them. Moreover, they spawn in different conditions and at different locations. A few of them will also require you to take down goblins, and be quick at that.
Let’s look at how you can get them all.
How to get Cattiva
To get Cattiva, you have to trigger a goblin encounter on the surface level. Cattiva spawns on clear days, so that’s a prerequisite. The spawn locations appear to be in the outer regions of the map, near the jungles and forest biomes.
You’ll also need to defeat the goblins to save Cattiva and add it to your collection. The exact type and number of goblins defending the Cattiva appear to be random. To raise your chances of success, you can also use any item that offers higher spawn buffs.
How to get Foxparks

The process of obtaining Foxparks is identical to that of Cattiva. You’ll have to trigger a goblin encounter on a clear, non-rainy day. The location (outer thirds of the map or jungle) is also identical, and you will have to defeat a goblin or two to rescue Foxparks.
You’ll also want to use a Water Candle if you have that, to raise the chances of triggering the goblin encounter. This also holds for adding Cattiva. However, the spawn (of the encounter) depends on luck. For me, Cattiva had to be rescued before Foxparks appeared in my save (I am unsure if this is true for all, or across every save).
How to get Chillet

To find Chillet, you’ll have to tunnel into the Cavern layer. There are some instances of it triggering in the Underground layer, but I have yet to find one. You’ll want to bring the Metal Detector to help with your search. The tool will lead you to the egg. Once you use the egg, it will either be an Ignis Chillet or the ordinary blue one. Both variants apparently have 50% chance to spawn.
How to get Digtoise

Digtoise can be found in the underground desert in my save, and you’ll once again need the Metal Detector. Once you locate Digtoise, it will be hidden in its shell. Hit the shell with your pickaxe, and you’ll be able to add the Pal to your collection. If you’re having a hard time, use the Spelunker Potion to highlight the Digtoise’s location in the biome.
