Shiny Bottle Locations in Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined
After recovering the Sizzling Stone (for the first time) players will need to complete another task for Pike if they want to progress the main story. This quest objective is triggered after completing the First Trial and solving the Shadow Puzzle, and players will need to find Uncle Pike, who is holed up in his house on the upper eastern corner of Estard.
Pike will task the players with finding Three Shiny Bottles for his ‘plan,’ so indulge him and go fetch them out. Don’t worry, next, we will showcase the location of every bottle to complete this in the blink of an eye:
First Bottle Location
The first bottle is just outside of Pike’s House in Estard. Look to the crates in the corner for a golden glint (which usually means important items or quest items are lying on the floor). Pick that up, then move south from that location to find the second bottle.
Second Bottle Location
The Second Bottle is inside the Well next to the Tavern. Talk to the ladies watching the well, then interact with it to descend. Pick the bottle and climb back up using the rope. Now, move a bit to the south, then to the left side (following the Tavern’s wall) to find the third and final bottle.
Third Bottle Location
The third bottle location is close to the well, just a bit south, and it’s hidden inside a barrel. Players need to interact with the barrel to break it and claim theThird Bottle.
Players might have already broken this barrel before, searching for loot, but don’t worry, it will respawn every time players go inside or outside town or buildings.
Now, with the three bottles in their power, players need to complete Pike’s request. So, go to Ranbow Cove (players need to get outside Esatrd and move to the right side of the island). Don’t forget to pick up the Life Seed on the path to this location (it’s a glowing yellow item on the floor) to increase the Stats of your Characters.
The only thing they need to do is fill up those bottles with the sparkly water of Rainbow Cove. Go to the shoreline and interact with it to fill them up, then hand them back to Pike to complete the request.
With that out of the way, follow Pike to the nearby cave, where he will reveal an access to another puzzle room. It’s quite easy to solve: Just push the rocks to cover the holes in the ground to reveal a path inside the fountain.
Once inside, claim the Yellow Tablet Fragment, and wait until Pike finishes its dialogue cutscene to claim the Wholly Holy Water Quest Item (players will need it for later).
