Nioh 3: Eternal Youth Myth – Find The Missing Brothers in Sagano!

After defeating the High Priest on Mount Karama in Nioh 3, players will have to go south and purify the three barriers located in the three different regions in Heian. As players pass by these regions, exploring and acquiring collectibles, they will come across a spirit inside a house in Sagano.

This is the In Search of Eternal Youth myth, which is marked on the map well before players fully explore Sagano. The guide below offers a complete walkthrough for the quest as well as its rewards in Nioh 3.

Nioh 3: What is Glory & How to Use It (Clan Battles, Explained)

Glory is a secondary currency in Nioh 3 that can help you win Clan Battles, and can be traded for valuable items at the Hidden Teahouse.

In Search of Eternal Youth Myth in Nioh 3

From the Shrine located in the middle of Sagano, head west to spot a house inside of which is a Spirit standing on top of a dead woman. Talk to the spirit, and she will tell you that there are rumors that mermaid flesh can make you live for 800 years, and her sons have gone to search for it, but never came back. You need to search for them towards the east of this region.

There is an enemy base on the way to your objective that you can clear out for additional rewards.

Once you arrive at the search zone, you will find some bandits and a Yokai around some corpses. Deal with them and loot the corpse to find out that the brothers encountered these bandits and ran away. Go further south into Nishiichi, and you will find a One-eyed Oni fighting some bandits. Deal with the bandits first, then focus on taking out the Oni.

Midway through the fight, another boss, Gaki, will jump in, and you will now have to kill both of these Yokai. Be careful of the area you are fighting in, because you can easily fall into the water or get pushed off, which will kill you.

Once you have dealt with these Yokai, you can talk to the mother to complete the quest, rewarding you with Brothers’ Omamori and Ninja’s Locks.
