Starting from her role as an Elation support unit, the 5-star Light Cone grants Yao Guang the Great Fortune buff, which increases her team’s Crit Rate and Crit DMG. Additionally, it’s crucial to build Yao Guang with as much SPD as possible, as her Trace passive increases her Elation based on her total SPD. Her signature Light Cone increases her SPD by 18%, improving her SPD scaling. Finally, as if all the previous buffs aren’t enough, When She Decided to See also buffs Yao Guang’s Energy Regeneration Rate on top of regenerating her energy on every wave. This will greatly increase her utility as an Elation support since she triggers an Aha Instant on every Ultimate. Moreover, after Yao Guang uses her Elation Skill, the 4-star Light Cone increases the Elation DMG taken by all enemies.
