Hyland Point could use someone fashionable to brighten things up.

When you first create your Schedule 1 character, you’ll start with simple attire that you can change later. There is some level of character customization, but it’s limited until you advance in your playthrough and buy more outfits. Here’s how to change your clothes in Schedule 1.

How to change your clothes in Schedule 1

You can change your clothes through your phone menu. Rather than choosing one of your phone’s options, look at the top of the screen and select “Character” to see your character and their current clothes. If you’ve acquired any outfits throughout your playthrough, you can equip them here.

By default, you won’t have many clothing items besides what you chose in the character creation menu. While the main story doesn’t reward outfits, you can purchase outfit options from a local clothing store.

How to buy new clothes in Schedule 1

You can buy new clothes from Thrifty Threads in Northtown. If you own the Laundromat, you’ll find Thrifty Threads directly south of it. Otherwise, you’ll find it east of the Warehouse, south of the barbershop, and southeast of the Motel. It is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day.

You can easily access Thrifty Threads by traveling to the southern parts of Northtown, past Taco Ticklers and the barbershop. It’s only open until 6 p.m., so going here after the police curfew begins won’t allow you to enter. If you visit while it’s open, you’ll see a merchant inside to whom you can try to sell products or browse their wares if you’re only there to buy clothes.

In this store, you’ll find numerous clothing types for every body part, from shirts and pants to saucepans you can wear as hats. Most items are relatively cheap, costing between $30 and $100. While buying an entirely new look early on may be a little tough, you’ll make enough money for some clothes in no time. Worse comes to worst, you can use some of Schedule 1’s fastest money-making methods to speedrun the first few hours and get enough cash to turn yourself into the most fashionable person in town.
