The players raised their concern with the fact that some citizens leave for their eternal rest way too early. While this is unfortunately realistic, the players are not too happy about it. And now a new patch for inZOI has just been released, which deals with the lifespan of non-senior citizens.
The Latest inZOI Patch Changes the Lifespan Rules of Non-Senior Age Citizens
On April 1, Krafton released a new hotfix. They did mention that they plan to release these small updates regularly, to fix reported issues and implement small changes. This one deals with the lifespan of some ZOIs. A lot of players expressed concerns that non-seniors pass away from natural causes way too often (for a game), and Krafton decided to implement the following changes.
Fixes:
- Adjusted lifespan rules so that only Zois in senior age groups may now pass away naturally.
- Previously, Zois could die of natural causes at relatively early ages based on realistic probabilities. However, we also believe it’s just as important for Creators to have time to bond with their characters and fully immerse themselves in their stories.
- With that in mind, we’ve updated the lifespan rules so you can spend more time with your Zois.
- Please note that this change only applies to newly created Zois via New Game. It does not affect existing save files or Zois already in progress.
- Fixed an issue where clothing remained dirty or damaged after washing under certain conditions.
- Resolved a crash issue that could occur intermittently in certain situations.
They add that they are currently investigating the E01 and E04 Errors, which occur when uploading to Canvas, as well as other issues. So we can expect that these errors will be fixed in a couple of days. Krafton did say that they plan to release hotfixes often, but didn’t specify how often…
Jokes aside, they are doing a pretty good job, so we are sure that more error fixes are on the way.
