How to Solve the 44-Letter Puzzle in Blue Prince

If you get into the study, you’ll find a breakdown of how to solve this puzzle in Blue Prince. Each square on the map is connected to a letter, somehow connected to the artwork hanging in each one of these rooms. The artwork is always the same in the same position of the room rather than the type of room. Each of the combinations of artworks corresponds to a single letter, so the map becomes a sentence made of ten words.

Each pair of artworks in the Blue Prince floorplan placements is associated with two words, and those words share all but one of their letters. For example, in the Entrance Hall, there is a picture of a face card from a standard 52-card deck of playing cards as well as an ace card. So the words are FACE and ACE. The letter for this location on the map is F because that is the letter that is different between the two words.
