“Make It Stop” Marvel Rivals Players Share the Most Annoying Voice Lines

A well-timed and clever voice line can really be the cherry on top in some situations. However, sometimes, especially if you like playing a game a lot, some become exhausting. It’s been a month and a half since Marvel Rivals dropped, and players already have voice lines that make their skin crawl.

Some Voice Lines Make the Players Roll Their Eyes

In a game like Marvel Rivals, learning voice lines is quite crucial. Players use them to coordinate, to know when their teammate needs help, and to figure out their next move. Unfortunately, the combination of a tacky phrase and an unpleasant frequency makes some of the voice lines unbearable.

One player, MamaPsyduck, started the conversation by sharing their least favorite voice line. They noted: “If I hear Invisible Woman say “What am I, invisible?” one more time… I love this game but some of the voice lines really bother me. But that’s my only complaint with the game so, things could be worse”.

Other players took this as an invitation to share their least favorites, which they did, quite gladly. Magik is one of those characters who players love to hate. Atrapost said: “Nothing will top Namor calling himself a ruler and then Magik interrupting with “oF dOlPhiNs”, before trumping him by saying she’s the ruler of Limbo”. Another “popular” voice line is “Back from limbo”.

Marvel Rivals Unite in Their Hatred Toward Some Voice Lines

Obviously, we all have different tastes and enjoy different things. However, it’s extremely funny to see that the majority of Marvel Rivals players all hate the exact voice lines. We love seeing the community united, even on a topic like this.

WeAllFloatDownHere00 stated: “Once had a game with one of “those” Spidermans and a Strange on it. The phrase, “Without Spiderman, New York has lost its Heart”, has ingrained itself onto my brain. Must’ve heard it 15 times in one game”. Sure enough, we’ve heard this one way too many times.

Many players reported absolutely hating everything and anything Luna Snow said. Sunchet said: “Music makes people happy, Heroes make them safe. Maybe I can do both. Part-time pop star, full-time superhero. There is nothing better than being a pop star maybe except-. Ok, we get it! You are a pop star and superhero! You’re both, congrats”.

Last but not least, of course, Squirrel Girl had to make the list. WretchedCrook noted: “Everything Squirrel Girl says makes my ears bleed. Absolutely HATE the way she talks. My FrIeNdS aRe HeRe shut up shut up shut up shut up”.

We have to admit that, for us, some of these voice lines are a sensory nightmare. However, as with everything else in life, different people might enjoy some of these. After all, the devs’ philosophy was to create a game that could be enjoyed by everyone. So, try to enjoy it, even with the annoying voice lines. See you out there!
