With the new Season getting closer with each passing day, many players are interested to see what’s to come. Thus, there have been plenty of various leaks over the last few days. Well, the upcoming Store rotation in Marvel Rivals was also leaked. Unfortunately, the fact that some Costumes can’t be seen in this leak sparked some concern for the future availability of skins.
Leaked Store Rotation Features Emma Frost and Star-Lord
On April 7, an X account dedicated to Marvel Rivals, PSYLOCKE.GG, leaked an image showcasing the upcoming Store rotation. According to this account, this is a look at the Store from April 11 to April 18.
As you may see, there will be quite a few discounts to mark the start of Season 2. The new Emma Frost and Star-Lord Costumes are at the very top of the Store, just waiting to be bought.
These new Costumes come in Bundles. The Star-Lord – King of Spartax Bundle is worth 1600 Units, but the Costume can be bought on its own for 1400. The same prices apply to the Emma Frost – X-Revolution Bundle, 1600 Units for the Bundle, or 1400 Units for the Costume.
Players Have Concerns About Costumes That Aren’t Featured
Now, some Marvel Rivals players were quite pleased with what was in this leaked Store rotation. However, many players were quite confused by what wasn’t in the Store. You may have noticed that some of the Costumes aren’t on display.
One player, Ethan Owen, noted: “Wait, I’m confused, are the Season 1 themed skins for like BP, Psylocke, and Bucky going to stay forever? Or do skins get dropped eventually?”. Other players chirped in asking the same question, and the tension was palpable.
Could it be that the devs would just remove the Costumes from the previous Season, such as Magik Punkchild, or President Loki? Well, most likely – no. Don’t worry, these Costumes should still be available in the Costumes tab. They are probably just removed so as not to overcrowd the store. Also, for future references, all time-limited Costumes should have a timer on them.
