It is the most requested feature ever, and now, it is practically right around the corner. Jiggle physics, or “Dynamic Motion”, is officially coming to The First Descendant in the May update.
The livestream we just had had a lot to cover. Of course, one of the hottest topics was the dev commentary on player reactions concerning the infamous Ines nerf. That one really shook the whole community so naturally, it was the first topic they tackled. They then proceeded to talk about Ultimate Blair and his new storyline, as well as all the new features and improvements that are coming in the upcoming patch, scheduled for April 17. But, right before they ended the first half of the livestream and began the Q&A session, the devs gave us a preview of the May update. The first point was Dynamic Motion, which is just a fancy term for jiggle physics.
The First Descendant – Dynamic Motion To Be Added in the May Update
After covering the upcoming update in the livestream, the devs talked about the upcoming new feature that had been requested basically since the game was released. We are talking, of course, about the “jiggle physics”, or Dynamic Motion, as is the correct TFD term.
As mentioned, it will be added in the May update, and the devs proceeded to give a sneak peek of the early stages, which you can check out below.
They revealed that in the final build, when the Dynamic Motion feature is ready, you will have the option to modify the intensity of the…motion. Apart from turning the whole feature on or off, of course. Lastly, they revealed that the Dynamic Motion will apply to both the upper and the lower body.
So, even if you think this is unnecessary and a bit disgusting, we can’t deny that quite a lot of players will enjoy this feature. And let’s face it, it was only a matter of time. And thankfully, if you are not a fan, the Dynamic Feature is completely optional.
