With a Relic in-hand and ready to take on Cronos: The New Dawn, you may feel like the starting handgun isn’t enough to deal with the imposing threat of the bloodthirsty Orphans. Thankfully, there’s other weapons and variants you can find while diving into the perilous past.

Here is where to find all Cronos: The New Dawn weapons to help you stop those Orphans from merging and get one step closer to hitting Platinum.

How to unlock all Cronos: The New Dawn Relic weapons

Starting with the default Relic, the Sword MK-1615, there’s six weapons you can find by exploring every location in its entirety. Leave no stone unturned for ammo is scarce enough. The best way to get ammo is to craft them in the inventory menu with Metal Scrap and Chemicals, stocking up on pistol ammunition whenever you can. You’re able to craft one shell at a time in Cronos‘ safe room if you ever get desperate, but this should be the last resort, especially if you ever get soft-locked in a boss fight or conflict area. Finally, breakable boxes lie in wait for you to melee (as it’s near useless against the Orphans).

Here are all Cronos weapons you can find.

  • Ammo: Shotgun Shells

Making your way to Edward’s apartment in Sector D-3 after finding Predecessor ND-3500, you discover the Emitter that can manipulate Time Oddities. You can find the Hammer in the Quarantined Building safe room on the way to the housing project. A cutscene hits after this safe room, where you can see the Diving Point in the apartment block in the distance.

  • Type: Burst SMG with homing projectiles
  • Ammo: Carbine Cartridge

You can purchase the Javelin LK-102 for 300 Energy at the upgrade station inside the Anomaly-torn Building when you need to head to the hospital in Sector A-0. You find this safe room after defeating the large Orphan that spawns in the apartment building basement, where the front door is boarded-up from the inside. The ladder in this safe room leads to a conflict area of stalls and a Christmas tree where two waves of Orphans spawn in. Conflict starts when you insert two fuses into the generator and try to leave.

  • Area: Unity Hospital
  • Type: Shotgun with double-shot
  • Ammo: Shotgun Shells

You need to find the two Chalices for the hospital puzzle in A-0 Unity Hospital’s safe room. One is in the Director’s Office of Administration, the other inside the Operation Theater. You need the Access Card (found in Administration) and the code 9 5 0 9 to access both rooms to get the Chalices. Insert Chalices in the safe room to get the Church Backroom Key for the Shotgun variant.

Arbalest MT-1020

  • Area: Station B Outpost
  • Type: Sniper rifle
  • Ammo: Arbalest Bolt

When you need to head to the abbey in A-25 after powering up the tram for the second time, you can explore beyond the shutters upstairs, near the lit Christmas tree. You can see the Arbalest through the glass pane on the toy shop window behind the tree, but the door’s locked. The shop is behind the tree, directly opposite the shutters and Outpost safe room.

Go through the other shutters, to the left of the room with the cat in it. You cannot unlock this room from this side. Instead, you need to go to unlock a door with the Bolt Cutters that’s behind the safe room, following the sign to the Shopping Mall. Defeat the Orphans in the area and move onto the adjacent room where two large Orphans spawn in. You have to kill both of them so that an armored Orphan bursts through a door. Power the generator in the room the armored Orphan came out of so that you can enter the Kiosk. Squeeze through the gap inside the powered-up Kiosk to get the Toy Store Key, dropped by India the cat.

Lance REV-1411

  • Area: The Abbey
  • Type: Burst weapon with triple-shot (high recoil)
  • Ammo: Carbine Cartridge

You need to locate Freya the cat once you’ve made it to the Abbey, the safe room next to the Church. She’s inside the Tomb that needs Bolt Cutters to enter. This is just to the right of the Church doors and right before you turn off to the left where a hallucinations of Orphans stand in the cemetery. Look immediately to the right once you’re inside the Tomb with four stone sarcophagus for a hole in the wall that you can squeeze through.

Get the Rusty Key off India and unlock Father Wojciech’s Office that’s to the left of The Abbey safe room (has a name plate next to the door). Pick up the Bell Tower Key from the desk and head upstairs in The Abbey to unlock the door and get the final Relic in Cronos.
