Of all the new items Neowiz and Round 8 have added to the world of Lies of P with the Overture DLC, the pair of Legion Arm unlocks are among the most exciting. Along with the 10 new weapons, the new Legion Arms present players with new options for taking on the frenzied puppets and diseased monstrosities. These new Legion Arms – called Cataclysm and Icarus – both offer P a new way to attack from a distance. Here, we’ll show you where you can find the two Genius’s Legion Plugs, which unlock both new Legion Arms in Lies of P Overture.

How to Get the Cataclysm Legion Arm in Lies of P Overture
Elephant Mini-Boss Reward:
The first Genius’s Legion Plug, which allows you to craft the Cataclysm Legion Arm, is found relatively early in Overture‘s first chapter. To locate the plug, you’ll want to start at the Jungle Zone Walkway Stargazer, which is the third Stargazer in Chapter 1. The first time you reach this Stargazer, you’ll be able to speak to Gemini. This will let you know you are about to arrive at your destination.
Not long after you leave the Jungle Zone Walkway, you’ll encounter a circular courtyard on the left. Inside, you’ll see the second elephant-type enemy. You’ll encounter the first inside the Hall of Adventure, but this one is a bit different. This encounter feels more like a proper mini-boss fight, though you do not get the typical health bar in the HUD. Still, this is a formidable enemy, especially if you are playing at the Legendary Stalker difficulty level.
Fire is a particularly effective tool against this enemy, in every form. Use throwables, grindstones, and the Flamberge Legion Arm if necessary. Once you defeat the enemy, you’ll receive the first Genius’s Legion Plug as a reward.
How to Craft the Cataclysm Legion Arm:
Even though you do not gain access to the Eventide Hotel Krat (this timeline’s version of the hotel) until a bit later in the DLC, you do not have to worry. Luckily, you can craft the new Legion Arms at the Hotel Krat in the main timeline. Simply return to the workshop in Hotel Krat to craft the arm as you would in the base game.
Cataclsym Legion Arms Stats:
A Legion Arm that stores energy to fire Shotgun Shells. Charging will increase its power, and shells that have been charged once will be unloaded after a set period of time.

The Physical ATK stat for the Legion Arm – like all weapons – is made up of two numbers. The first number is the base ATK attribute, which doesn’t change. The second number, which is represented by x in the above table, changes depending on the points you’ve invested in specific attributes. In the case of Cataclysm, the Motivity attribute will add the most to the second number. For us, at level 57 in both Motivity and Technique, the number is 278.
Upgrades:
- Counterattack: Increases damage inflicted on an attacking enemy. Cost: 1 Legion Caliber
- Charge Dodge: Enables dodging while charging. Cost – 2 Legion Calibers
- Perfect Reload: Fire at the perfect moment while charging to shoot an even more powerful shotgun shell. Cost: 3 Legion Calibers
How to Get the Icarus Legion Arm in Lies of P Overture
Ergo Mining Site Chest:
The second Genius’s Legion Plug, which is used to craft the Icarus Legion Arm, can be found fairly early in Chapter 3. You’ll want to start from the second Stargazer in the mine region, the Ergo Mining Site. This sprawling site is essentially separated into two areas, with a large fence in the center. You’ll want to make your way to the opposite side of the fence to where you start. Make sure to open the shortcut door in the fence.
Once you are on the other side of the fence, look for the large mining robot near the waterfall. This is one of the puppets that plants explosive charges in the ground, so be careful as you fight. Behind the enemy, you will see a safe. This is where the second Genius’s Legion Plug is located. While we took the time to destroy the enemy before opening the safe, it may be possible to simply sneak by it.
Once you have the plug, you can either return to the base Hotel Krat, or Eventide Hotel Krat, to craft the new Icarus Legion Arm.
Icarus Legion Arm Stats:
A Legion Arm that launches blades using powerful rotational power. Launched blades return after they slice the enemy.

Upgrades:
- Strengthen Blade: Retrieving a blade temporarily enhances the next blade launched. The number of blades in the magazine will increase to 2. Cost: 1 Legion Caliber.
- Double Reload: Launch 2 blades simultaneously by charging. The number of blades in the magazine will increase to 3. Cost: 2 Legion Calibers.
- Rotate Throw: While preparing to fire, use Fable slots by pressing the Fable button to launch all blades simultaneously. The number of blades in the magazine will increase to 4. Cost – 3 Legion Calibers.
