Plant 43 Seedling #1 — Found on the Blackthorne Station train, blocking your path forward. This one is unmissable.
Plant 43 Seedling #2 — Rappel down the rope to find this one on the main path forward.
Plant 43 Seedling #3 & 4 — Found on the main path.
Plant 43 Seedling #4 — Found with Planting 43 Seedling #3.
Plant 43 Seedling #5 — After killing #3 & #4, head left to a side path that takes you to a loot crate.
Plant 43 Seedling #6 — On the main path, protecting a rusted car and traffic light.
Plant 43 Seedling #7 — Continue on the main path.
Plant 43 Seedling #8 — Follow the main path to find this one protecting the exit.
Plant 43 Seedling #9 —Protecting the end of the cave on the main path with Plant 43 Seedling #8.

If the achievement has not popped once you shot these last two seedlings, then backtrack and follow the map we’ve provided. The other plants blocking the way to the Giant Plant boss fight will not count for the achievement.
