Which control scheme should you use in Shape of Dreams?
The decision naturally depends on your preferences. I prefer using the WASD + Mouse, which feels easier to learn and master. You use the traditional WASD buttons to move, and your Mouse to aim and fire. Buttons around the movement controls fire your skills.
Using the WASD movement layout is better if you’re a hardcore ARPG fan. However, the MOBA method feels much better if you play games like DOTA 2 or League of Legends. The layout is synonymous with how the controls work in those games, so you’ll feel right at home.
If you’re also new to this genre, the WASD layout will likely be easier to learn and master. You can always change your preferred layout by pausing the game and changing it from the settings. Your preferred choice can also sometimes depend on the Traveler you’re using.
