Marvel has a massive roster of characters divided across many unique teams. One of the most iconic teams is the X-Men, and knowing who counts as a member of this lineup is crucial for certain quests in Marvel Rivals.

There are plenty of playable characters to choose from, so even if you’re a big Marvel fan, you may not know all of the members in this team. Luckily, there’s a decent number of recruits to choose from, so here are all of the X-Men members in Marvel Rivals.

All X-Men characters in Marvel Rivals

There are seven playable X-Men characters as of season two of Marvel Rivals. The seven characters who count as part of this team are:

• Emma Frost
• Magneto
• Psylocke
• Magik
• Storm
• Wolverine
• Namor

Some of the X-Men characters might surprise you, even if you’re a Marvel fan, like Namor. He hasn’t been depicted as part of this team in any popular media outside of the comics so far, so you may not have known about his connection.

There may also be other recruits, like Scarlet Witch, who you expect to count but don’t. She’s certainly got close ties to the X-Men, especially since Magneto is her father, but has never been officially considered one since she doesn’t align herself with this team. Her status as a Mutant is also complicated, so with these two factors taken into consideration, she doesn’t count as a member of the X-Men in Marvel Rivals.

Any other playable characters beyond the seven listed here don’t count for this task, even if you think they should. All other characters are part of other teams or alliances like the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and the Guardians of the Galaxy. Some recruits also aren’t aligned with any particular team.

Many more X-Men characters are expected to arrive in future updates, like Professor X and Jean Grey, although none of them will be available to play before the Cerebro Database event comes to an end. This means only these seven count for now. How to deal 10,000 damage as any X-Men member in Marvel Rivals

To complete the deal 10,000 damage as any X-Men member quest for the Cerebro Database event, you need to deal a total of 10,000 damage as any of the seven X-Men characters who count for this quest. This task can only be completed in Quick Match, Competitive, and Practice VS. AI matches, so make sure you choose one of these three when you’re working on it.

It’s best to choose a Duelist like Wolverine, Magik, Namor, Storm, or Psylocke for this task. Duelists have the easiest time dishing out damage. Emma Frost and Magneto can deal potent damage, too, but since they’re Vanguards, it will take a bit longer to finish this task.

Most of the X-Men are decently tricky units to master, but playing as them is crucial if you want to unlock the free Flora Maiden Mantis skin. And while you’re already working with Mutants, consider tackling the Mutant and Proud! achievement.
