The Blood of Dawnwalker Gets 2026 Release Window
- 2026
- Gameplay Reveal Event – June 21 at 12 PM PDT and 3 PM PDT
Rebel Wolves previously explained how The Blood of Dawnwalker’s vampires differ from other blood-suckers in the genre, and fans of gothic action were quick to note the game had a Legacy of Kain vibe to it. Gamers thought the action and story carried a lot of potential, despite some noting the performance was on the weaker side, and a few asked the developer and publisher not to rush the game’s development.
The Blood of Dawnwalker is also appealing to The Witcher fans, considering the dev team is full of CD Projekt alums, and the vampiric adventure may share similar themes to Geralt of Rivia’s endeavors. Gamers have also been marveling over The Witcher 4’s latest tech demo and gameplay footage, even though the entry is not expected to be released until after 2026. The stunning environments, including the city of Vargrest, and the impressive muscles fueling Ciri’s horse, Kelpie, successfully demonstrated the fourth installment’s leap into modern technology.
