This article contains spoilers for the Boruto manga.
Summary
- Daemon wields Reflection, making him a formidable threat due to his shinjutsu.
- Daemon’s power remains untapped, and his full strength is yet to be revealed in Boruto.
- Fans speculate Daemon’s first real battle could be against Mamushi, adding excitement to future chapters.
The introduction of new powers, scientific ninja tools, and shinjutsu in Boruto instantly turns many characters into overpowered fighters. Boruto Uzumaki is no exception, having received karma from Momoshiki Otsutsuki, which made him more dangerous than anyone else early on. Over time, his power reached a completely different level after rigorous training and control, but one Boruto character still poses far greater danger than him—Daemon.
Just like Eida, Daemon is an overpowered cyborg scrapped by Amado and Jigen in the Boruto manga. He is in a completely different class than the inner members of the Kara organization, as he possesses a problematic shinjutsu that makes him nearly untouchable, even more dangerous than Code, Kawaki, and Eida combined. Fans have only seen glimpses of Daemon’s power, but his full strength might surpass even the most dangerous villains in Boruto at the moment.

Kishimoto Gave Daemon a Shinjutsu That Shouldn’t Even Be Legal
Daemon’s Shinjutsu Might Be the Most Dangerous in Boruto
- Daemon possesses a problematic and troublesome shinjutsu, Reflection.
- In addition to Reflection shinjutsu, his taijutsu is top-notch.
Daemon is one of the most broken characters in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, mostly due to his problematic shinjutsu. After Amado modified his body with scientific ninja tools and Shibai Otsutsuki’s DNA, he awakened the shinjutsu called Reflection, making him far more dangerous than Jigen, Eida, and the rest of the members of the Kara organization. His terrifying power is the exact reason why he was scrapped in the first place, but thanks to Boro’s stubbornness and Code’s actions, he came back from a long sleep.
In the Boruto manga, Daemon has already proved just how terrifying his Reflection shinjutsu could be. With Daemon’s Reflection ability, Eida easily becomes untouchable just because he is her personal knight. What Eida lacks in battle, Daemon makes up for with taijutsu and shinjutsu. On top of his ability to reflect his opponents’ attacks and turn their strong intent to kill against them with his Reflection shinjutsu, his taijutsu is also on a different level.
It doesn’t matter who’s in 2nd or 3rd place, it’s irrelevant to me when I’m first. -Daemon
Even Code, nor Kawaki and Boruto, can’t touch Eida and Daemon, as the more they want to bring harm to these two characters, the more powerful Daemon’s shinjutsu becomes. An enemy who simply pictures themselves killing Daemon will cause the end result to be instantly reflected upon themselves. His instincts are also sharp, having been able to sense a dangerous power within Himawari when they first encountered each other.
Daemon Is Still Hiding His True Strength
No One’s Seen What Daemon Can Really Do
- Daemon’s full power is still unknown in Boruto.
- Daemon is one of the strongest characters in Boruto even without the full display of his power.
At the moment, the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga has yet to show Daemon’s full power. Fans have only seen glimpses of his strength in the first part of the Boruto manga, when he outclassed Code, Kawaki, and Boruto in separate situations. This speaks volumes about Daemon’s true potential, since he was able to outmaneuver these powerful characters without breaking a sweat and without fail.
That’s why many fans are eagerly anticipating the actual reveal of Daemon’s full power in Boruto. It’s not hard to imagine how terrifying Daemon could become, the more his opponent wanted him dead. His playful and arrogant attitude also adds to his intimidating aura, almost as if he’s treating his opponents like a toy he wants to play with until they bore him.
But even if the Boruto manga has yet to show Daemon’s full power, his shinjutsu is enough to consider him one of the strongest characters in the series. And if his full potential gets shown in the future, it would not be a surprise if his rank suddenly climbs the list. The good news is that fans might not even wait that long, as the recent chapters of Two Blue Vortex have already revealed his first real fight might be coming soon.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Needs a Daemon Fight Soon
Daemon’s First Real Battle Might Be Against a God Tree
- Fans speculate Daemon will fight Mamushi in future chapters of Two Blue Vortex.
- Daemon’s first real fight could happen any time soon.
In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 23, Kashin Koji’s prescience showed glimpses of the events that could happen in the future. Fans quickly spotted Daemon in one of the manga panels where Kashin Koji’s visions are shown, which could mean Daemon would be heading onto the battlefield sooner or later, likely to protect Eida and fulfill his role as her personal guard.
Where you trying to sneak off to, Bug?!! That’s cold! We haven’t seen each other in forever! -Daemon
Right beside the Daemon vision was a picture of the humanoid God Tree Mamushi, whose chakra source came from Bug. Mamushi has been eyeing Eida for a while now, threatening to kill her whenever she uses Senrigan, so one way or another, Daemon could spring into action to defend his sister and fight on her behalf. That would be an intriguing fight for many Boruto fans, as Eida fears Mamushi, while the extent of Daemon’s full power remains unknown.
