CES 2026: Nvidia Announces DLSS 4.5, the Latest Version of Its Upscaling Technology With 2nd Gen Transformer Model, and More


Nvidia has announced Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) 4.5, RTX Remix Logic, and much more at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026.

Nvidia DLSS 4.5

Starting off with DLSS 4.5, this tech features 2nd generation Super Resolution transformer and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation. Nvidia says that DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution provides better “temporal stability”, reduces ghosting and gives smoother edges.

Coming on to DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, the company says that this tech maximises FPS to monitor refresh rate. With the help of Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, users can achieve 6x frame generation. The 2nd generation Super Resolution is available right now across all RTX GPUs. Dynamic 6x Frame Generation will launch in Spring 2026 for RTX 50 Series GPUs. DLSS 4.5 is available for more than 400 games via the Nvidia app.

Nvidia RTX Remix Logic

Adding further, Nvidia has also announced RTX Remix Logic, which will be available sometime this month. The company says that this tech “remix[es] graphics in response to real-time game events.”

Nvidia GeForce Now Native Support Base Expanded

Moreover, Nvidia has also announced native Linux and Fire TV support for its cloud gaming service, GeForce Now.

In other news, Nvidia has delayed the launch of its cloud gaming subscription service GeForce NOW in India to Q1 of 2026.
