Doing this is important to increase the max power output of the mall to find the singularity that resides within. While two of the generators are easy to find, players will need to do a bit of Subspace jumping to find the third and final one. Romeo is a Dead Man Mall Generator Locations

Once players enter the Deadford Shopping Mall, they’ll need to quickly eliminate a swarm of enemies in front of them to activate the primary generator. This will restore power to the mall and activate the lighting system.

From here, simply move further into the mall, and you’ll spot a purple Tesseract in front of a glowing white portal. Grab the Tesseract to get an Exorcist Sword – Gold. This is a key item that you’ll need to remove the white portal (Liminal Wall) and access a new area.

Now, head upstairs to the second floor from the location of the first generator to open the shutter to a shop. This will reveal the first generator you’ll need to activate, but you’ll need to defeat a large monster called Flab first. Once the Flab and other enemies are taken care of, activate the generator.

While staying on the first floor, head to the center of the mall, and you’ll spot a cage on the first floor with a generator inside. Since you can’t access the generator from there, you’ll need to use the wooden boards to jump into the cage from the second floor.

Once you’re down, you’ll need to defeat Tomato Head and a new quadruped enemy called Gecko. Once the area is clear of enemies, activate the second generator, and a Subspace television will appear once you’re done. Use the TV to teleport to Subspace.

Once you arrive in Subspace, head up the stairs in front of you, and you’ll arrive on the second floor of the Subspace version of the mall. Look to the left and jump down the railing to arrive at the first floor. Keep heading further and turn left to spot a glowing white liminal wall across the glass double doors.

Use the Exorcist Sword – Gold to destroy the Liminal Wall and access the area behind it. Keep following the shifting hallway to reach a new Subspace TV that you can interact with to reach the storage section of the Deadford Mall.

Keep following the pathway heading through the storage shelves, and you’ll eventually reach the third generator. Defeat any enemies around the generator and switch it on to complete the main objective of Romeo is a Dead Man, chapter 2. Now that you have all the generators activated, use the Subspace TV and go through the maze-like structure to continue with the chapter.
